There seem to be increasing sightings of Otters from the coast - here is a nice photo of an Otter at Newgale on 15 August sent in by Hilary Woodburn -
We were very close to the otter about 5 feet away and it did not seem bothered about the number of people around it although people were very respectful and kept out of its way when it wanted to move to the next rock pool.
