Info Post
Jumping with migrants here again today. An unusual record for us was reed warbler (first since 2008). Also our first spotted flycatchers of the year (2) plus 110 willow warbler , 54 blackcap, 7 chiffchaff, 12 whitethroat, 4 sedge warbler, 2 whinchat and a wood pigeon (rare out here!).

re the collard dove question - we had our first of the year on 19/4 this year, then a second on 30/4. Looking back at the records, we had 20 between April and June last year but that was a good year. Usually about 5 or 6 spring records, nothing through summer then in some years a few autumn records.
