Blackpool Mill

At Blackpool Mill this afternoon 3 Dippers seen, one carrying nesting material. Grey Wagtails also much in evidence and a Kingfisher flew upstream choosing to ignore an ideal perch opposite the camera.
At the large lay-by at Minwear close views of some woodland birds - Blue, Great, Coal and Marsh Tits, Chaffinches, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and two confiding Nuthatches.
