This afternoon, R/B/Merganser, 1 on the lagoon + 4 close in on the sea - one of which was an adult male. A splashing dog put them up, they flew around for a minute or before heading off in the Marloes direction.A green colour ringed Herring gull PPZZ (?)
Also 3 Greenshank, several Teal, 1 adut Med on the sea. At Marloes mere earlier whilst walking the dogs, 1 Swallow, 1 Lapwing.
"WDIGBIRDER"s Med gull E 137 at Fishguard on 30/09, was ringed at Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium on 20/06/09 by Renauld Flamant. It`s the 2nd record, the previous one was on the Nevern, by our very own Sam Baxter on 06/09/09.
