Info Post
No sign of House Martins on the usual houses at Kensington (nr St Brides) and on Marloes Post Office.

For the first breeding season since we have been here (since 2003) there is no Grasshopper Warbler singing in Winterton Marsh behind our house (there was a bird present for a week at the end of April but nothing now).

Taking up Bob's mention of Fulmar numbers being low, there are none at all at a spot east of St Brides where there are usually about 5 pairs - though they were there earlier in the year. On the Webcam at Lockley Lodge there seem to be far fewer Fulmars than usual on the long ledge at the top of the Wick.

And I haven't heard a Yellowhammer at all yet.

Funny old season.
