Wader movement on the Teifi

Saturday pm - the S.P Grey Plover was opposite St Dogmaels quay mid afternoon but mobile - it had gone by the evening. Also 54 Dunlin, 20 Ringed Plover and 4 Sanderling were feeding on the main sand bank but only 2 Dunlin by the evening with 1 more and a Sanderling on Poppit beach. But, 3 Redshank had flown in so it was worth another visit.
Sunday am - I counted 45 Dunlin, 50 Ringed Plover and 4 Sanderling widely spread out on the sand but when they flew the total number was at least 200.
