Strumble Head 12.7.08, belated posting. Birds seen included: Fulmar 9, Gannet 33 + 1 dead floating past the headland, Manx Shearwater 46, Common Scoter 67 (included at least 10 female), Kittewake 2, Storm Petrel 1 (seen by Richard S, not by me). The majority of birds seen this time were favouring travelling south in the north-east winds.
In fields south of Crymych being cut for silage, Buzzard 1, Lesser Black-backed Gull 143+, Herring Gull 27+.
Maes Y Garn, Crymych, Red Kite 1 (13.7.08) and another seen today, Starling 45 juveniles and 12 adults.
