Marsh Harrier, Marloes Mere

Info from Marloes Mere sent in by Sash Tusa - An adult female with full yellow leading edges (but rather tatty primaries!) From 1000-1200 at least today. Also, a Buzzard hunting around the mere, and which caught a large vole or rat (v. long tail).Interestingly the book in the Britton Hide has a record of 2 Marsh Harriers on the 4th, so this bird could have been around, but under-recorded, for some time. The book also reports the male Garganey within the last week as well.
