07:00 this am, most unusual, c20 Kittiwakes roosting/ sheltering on the end of Poppit, also manxies & Gannets close offshore. 1 Redshank on Patch.

Newport;-
V quiet.

Fishguard Harbour;-
2 Black Guillemots present, view from inner breakwater.
1 Redshank, Stena side.

Note these unusual Redshank records. Early returning failed breeders?

Teifi 20:00 last night;-
4 Black-tailed Godwits, 4 Curlew, 9 Black-headed Gulls, & 1 Little Egret.

Kilpaison;-
1 Lapwing appears to be sitting, perhaps we will get breeding this year (very poor!)
