Surf Scoter -- Fishguard Harbour

Still present at 14:45:-
Still in the area of the white rubber dinghy moored half-way between the end of the inner breakwater and Fishguard Fort.
The bird, probably an adult female is diving, but not too bothered by small boats. The bird is not in the ferry lane through the harbour........so should not be disturbed by the sailings!
Best watched from the Fort, (parking available there), or a good view likely from the end of the inner breakwater looking towards Lower Town.
