Info Post
A quick visit to Skokholm today to do some emergency repairs was well rewarded with a flock of 13 Eider (incl 5 adult males) about i/2 mile off St Annes Head and apparently landing near the Head.

On the island 3 Long Tailed Tits were a bit unusual but generally quite quiet:- 60 teal and 5 Mallard on North Pond, 4 Chough, 3 Buzzards, 2 Peregrine, c.12 Great tits and a similar number of Blue tits and Chaffinches ans a couple of Goldfinch and skylarks and that's about it. No sign of the Whimbrel although at low tide they could be anywhere - we looked around the Neck fairly carefully as they have wintered in this area previously.

On the way back some large flocks of mainly Black-headed Gulls with a few Kitts and Common Gulls and 3 Med gulls (all adults as far as we could see) - also quite good numbers of Guilli's and Razorbills around.
