Pectoral Sandpipers (late news) - Skokholm.

Apologies this is late – problems with the internet as well as wanting to verify sightings.

Two Pectoral Sandpipers on North Pond on 13^th and 14^th, with one on 15^th. Associating with Dunlins which, after initial confusion, allowed good comparisons to be made. Previous Skokholm records show 13 individuals up to 1990 (records after that currently unavailable) although three in early June the only spring records.

Elsewhere on Skokholm in the last few days up to four Spotted and one Pied Flycatchers, four Whimbrel, Shelduck ducklings and young Ravens fledging.
