Teifi -- waders....

Around the estuary nearing high tide this evening;-
Nicely roosting on the Webley saltmarsh, 170 Dunlin, 50 Ringed Plover, 2 Whimbrel and a few White Wagtails. On Patch 3 Sanderling with a c10 small wader flock.
Opposite St. Dogmael's Quay, 3 summer plumage Knot and a more advanced sp Grey Plover than yesterday. Common Sandpipers at their most numerous at Jewsons(4), but calling from several sites, as Whimbrel scattered all around the estuary. Probably the star this evening a May 1st Dark-bellied Brent Goose off St. Dogmael's Quay....
