Info Post
Spent 8 hours birding the area today (OK, half an hour was having a pint outside the Griffin!), a foggy start followed by glorious sunshine. A Tree Pipit at Marloes the highlight (!), a pair of Tufties there, and a Spotted Flycatcher in the 'secret valley' at St. Ann's Head. Reasonable numbers of migrants around, including a party of 7 Swifts, but nothing to set the pulse racing. Finished off with two Whimbrels & 2 Little Egrets at the Gann (along with 107 Oystercatchers). Not quite Kenfig standard...but I did get to meet Sash at last, twice!
