Teifi & Newport-- am

Teifi;-
No real change to the species Wendy saw last night, 1 Sanderling, 1 Dunlin, 4 Ringed Plover, 3 Bar-tailed Godwits 6+ whimbrel, 4+Curlew. A Sparrowhawk came & had a go at the waders, missed, but then was chased by a screaming Oystercatcher!
Cetti's singing on the way to Heron Hide; talking to Jon G. last night, he managed to have 5 Cetti's singing on the Marshes the other day.

Nevern Est;-
Slightly better, 9 Dunlin, 9 Ringed Plover, 1 Bar-tailed Godwit, 5 Whimbrel.

House Martins;-
Collecting mud at Jewsons & St. Dogmael's, so nest building on the Teifi like usual.
At Newport building new nests on a house near the Boat Club.
