This evening. 2 adult Meds, 1 Water Rail - showing well on the far side of the lagoons, c10 Redshank, 10 Teal, Goldeneye (didn`t count them) 5 Ringed Plover, 1 Kittiwake. c10 Common Gulls, several flocks of Starlings - maybe 1,000 total.Just as I was leaving, a visiting birder & his good lady wife pointed out 2 G/N Divers off Musslewick, to whom I owe a thankyou for pointing them out, and an apology for not remembering their names. He knows who he is, because he reads this blog!
