In passing

As a large mixed group of gulls floated by my window yesterday morning (en route no doubt to nearby rain and slurry saturated fields) one stood out as large and all white. It was a relatively brief sighting but probably an Iceland gull. might be worth looking at the flagpoles this evening , didnt have time to do so yesterday.
