Turtle Dove

On the road between St Ishmaels & Mullock farm this afternoon, it flew up as I drove past & landed behind my car. I pulled into a gateway to get a decent look, but a following car caused it to fly off & vanish over the hedge. Pity, my first for Wales & the last one I saw was in Devon many moons ago. Elsewhere a Kingfisher at Sandy Haven Chapel, 1 Knot, 1 Barwit at the Gann & the tame Barwit at Dale airfield.
