Spent some time this afternoon watching a Turtle Dove feeding on a lawn just outside the window of a house in Marloes. Apparently it comes every afternoon and has been around for about a week. Not a good picture I'm afraid - taken through the window!Where do our passage Turtle Doves come from?? Pembrokeshire does not really seem to be on the way between any known breeding spots and wintering quarters!
