Whinchat - St Ann's Head

No sign of the B-B Sandpipers at 9am or as I passed again at noon. Whinchat along the lane leading from Kete to St Ann's. A few wheatear, with pipits and skylarks in or over some of the stubble fields. 2 chough at Mill Bay, a female sparrowhawk whizzed passed by the walled garden. Peregrine on fencepost above Watwick. Finches, dunnocks and tits in valley to Watwick. Robins more noticeable counted 8 with 4 in Mill Bay. Flock of 6 Goldfinch near West Blockhouse. A single swallow, a Little grebe and a couple of moorhen 'clucking' on the pond at Maryborough Farm.
