Info Post

I took my Grandson, Josh for his first birding trip with his new binoculars to the WWC at Cilgerran on Tuesday in the hope of seeing a kingfisher or at least a few easy birds from the kingfisher hide. Amazingly the water was still frozen and birdless.
As we arrived back at the car park I noticed a lot of small bird activity and we had a great time with four species of tit, blackbirds chaffinch and bullfinches all whirring around our heads as they came to feed on the seed somone had scattered in the car park! Thanks to whoever it was, (Nathan?) Josh loved it and we now have another convert! Its not just the rarities that make birding fun...
