This Blackcap has been visiting our garden for several weeks for it's daily ration of sunflower hearts. It would seem it is surviving the winter by switching to a diet of mainly seed.
Another survivor, I'm happy to report, is the Little Egret in Solva harbour which is looking quite fit and sprightly at the moment.
