Info Post

The 2 Bewick's & 4 Whooper Swans still in the same field at Kete late morning. A quick check of Dale Roads revealed 2 Great-crested Grebes but not a lot else (despite the Mill Pond like conditions. At Dale Airfield around 200 Skylarks in the small field on the right just beyond the parking area by the main gate. A scan of Marloes Mere from the Martin's Haven road produced a ringtail Hen Harrier & a female Merlin, plus a selection of the usual ducks. At Broad Haven only around 30 Common Scoter today, and no sign of the Slav Grebe and only one brief view of a diver that was probably a Great Northern but couldn't be confirmed. Finally, at Goultrop Roads a Peregrine was my 6th bird of prey species in a 3 hour jaunt out - not bad! Happy New Year everyone.
